advocate has over 10 years of tenure with GLM, and our three Medicaid Managers
have a combined tenure of 40 years. With their decades of experience, our
patient advocates work assiduously with patients to earn their trust, assemble
documents and secure approvals. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Polish, and
reflective of the communities in which we serve, our dedicated advocates leave
no stone unturned - working the Medicaid eligibility and appeals processes until

24-hour coverage (including weekends), or field representatives to meet any of

Great Lakes Medicaid is also an industry leader in SSI/SSDI reimbursement. Our
service includes helping patients understand and navigate the SSI/SSDI
application process, setting their protective filing date, assembling the needed
documentation, and providing them with well-trained advocates for their initial
application as well as representation during the appeals process, if a claim is
wrongly denied.
